Now that I have a little more time to spend on my blog, I decided to give it a new look. I’ve not quite figured out, if I can change the header image to one of my own, but it’s not the most pressing thing on my mind. I like it for now.
I was a little bit bored with my previous theme, I needed a change.
When I first started my blog, I didn’t spend an awful lot of time trying to figure out what I wanted it to look like and what I wanted to put into it. But I’ve spent a good deal blogging now and have learnt a lot more about it.
More than anything I want a clean, easily readable look. I don’t like clutter, not in my house (or rather on my boat), not on my desk and not in my life. So why on my blog?
I’ve added a few things, though, because I am not an island and I do appreciate every single one of you, who takes the time to read, like, comment on anything I write. It baffles me a little, especially today when I wrote one hundred words on my travel blog, because I had so woefully neglected it and seven people gave me a like for it.
That makes me happy, even though I don’t understand it, but thank you.
So, I hope you like the new look. I’m still playing around with a few things, but for now this is it.
